Inted Rising Comfort Air Bed with Built-In Control, February 24, 2006 The bed itself is wonderful - height and structure - very comfortable. However, I was a little disappointed in that the bed must be deflated manually which is time consuming and somewhat difficult. A different model of this company's beds has the ability to be deflated automatically. Otherwise, it is a great bed.

Not Good at all!, February 25, 2005 By Goodspy "ram" (MI, USA) - See all my reviews I order this queen size bed a few weeks back. To my suprise i found the bed had a dimension of 55"X75", which is a dimension of double size bed. I contacted the company backstore.com and i got the worst customer service. They are trying to convence me that they sent the right dimension bed and they wouldn't replace it. Also have a pretty bad return police.
May i should have given a second thought before buying from this company backstore.com.

This Airbed Sleeps Very Comfortably, March 12, 2006 By Amazon Verified Purchase Since I couldn't afford a new boxspring and mattress, I decided to try one of these airbeds instead of my old uncomfortable mattress. I'm sleeping very comfortably and I am very happy with my purchase.
This bed is not raised to the height of a regular bed, so I had to use plywood under it for support in my bed frame. People can't tell that it's an airmattress when the bed is made. I love it!
